    I see a theme here … politics, education, prisons … all of them have major problems, and in none of them are we asking the right questions, nor does anyone seem to WANT to ask ANY questions. This is sad. Very sad.

      I think that’s exactly the problem. A thread I will make stronger (I hope) as we go, is that we all start off with questions when we are young. It is our cultural tradition (bolstered by educational abuse), and I suspect our genetic predilection, to stop asking questions as we age. When we stop asking questions, then by default we arrive at all problems with the conclusion already in hand.

      Which if you look at the political arena, is exactly what we see at both partisan extremes.
